Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms govern purchases from solcab.store and the use of our digital products. “Solcab”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the individual seller operating this store, whose identification and contact information must be provided on this website.

For questions or assistance, contact chadmarket@proton.me.

By placing an order, you agree to the Terms presented before checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

2. Our products

Solcab sells digital educational guides, including the Lean is Law Guide. Unless the product page states otherwise, guides are supplied in English as downloadable Word documents (.docx).

No physical product is included or shipped. Product descriptions explain what is included in your purchase. Personal coaching, consultations and subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated.

3. Eligibility and purchase information

You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract. Our fitness and weight-management guides are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

You must provide accurate billing and contact information and be authorised to use your selected payment method. Contact us promptly if your purchase email address is incorrect.

4. Prices, payment and orders

The applicable price and currency are displayed before payment. Any applicable taxes or additional charges we collect will be disclosed before you place your order. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges.

An automated order-received email acknowledges your order. We accept your order when we send confirmation that your digital guide is ready for download, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected. If a material pricing or description error occurs, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the order, subject to applicable law. We will not increase an agreed price without your consent.

5. Digital delivery and compatibility

Your download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order is fulfilled, within any delivery timeframe stated before purchase.

You need internet access and software capable of opening .docx files. Microsoft Word or another compatible application may be used; formatting can vary between applications.

Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive. Contact us if delivery is delayed, the link fails or the file cannot be opened. We will provide appropriate assistance and honour applicable remedies for non-delivery or defective content.

Save a local copy after downloading. We do not promise permanent hosting of download links, but this does not reduce our delivery, conformity or other statutory obligations.

6. Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to download, save and use the guide for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including completing its worksheets and printing a personal copy.

You may not resell, publicly upload, redistribute or commercially exploit the guide, or share its download link to distribute copies, without permission from the relevant rights holder.

These restrictions do not prevent uses permitted by applicable law. Third-party material remains subject to its respective ownership and legal protections.

7. Educational information and health

Our guides provide general educational information. They are not personalised medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition prescriptions or individual training programmes.

Consult an appropriately qualified professional where your health, medication, pregnancy, injury or other circumstances require individual advice. Do not discontinue prescribed treatment based on our content.

Weight loss, fitness improvements and other outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a particular result or timeframe. This does not excuse misleading advertising or content that fails to meet its description or applicable legal standards.

8. Cancellations, refunds and faulty content

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the process for cancellations, technical problems and refunds.

Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right, it remains available unless it has validly ended. Early digital supply does not remove that right merely because you purchased the product or accepted these Terms.

Where legally permitted, loss of the withdrawal right requires your prior express consent to early supply, acknowledgement of that loss and any legally required confirmation.

Mandatory remedies for non-delivery, faulty content or content that is not as described remain available.

9. Acceptable website use

You must not use this website to commit fraud, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation or infringe another person’s rights.

Any measures taken against misuse will be proportionate and consistent with applicable law. They will not remove valid refund rights or other mandatory protections.

10. Liability and consumer protection

We are responsible for performing our contractual obligations and meeting applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We do not exclude statutory guarantees or require you to waive remedies for defective digital content. These Terms do not make you responsible for our own unlawful conduct or negligence.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data-protection law. Purchasing a guide does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing.

12. Changes to products and terms

We may update the website, future product offerings and these Terms. Changes apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order.

The Terms presented when you purchased govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law or otherwise lawfully agreed. We will provide any corrections or updates required by applicable law.

13. Complaints and disputes

Contact chadmarket@proton.me with your order details and complaint so we can investigate.

Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights, approaching a consumer authority or bringing proceedings before a competent court.

Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant legal rules. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.

14. Severability

If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will not bind you to that extent. The remaining provisions continue where they can lawfully operate independently.
