Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

1. Digital products only

Solcab sells downloadable digital guides. No physical products are shipped, and no postal address is needed for delivery. Billing information may still be required for payment or tax purposes.

2. Delivery method

Once your order has been fulfilled, we send a separate email containing your download link to the email address entered at checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges your purchase; it is not the download email. Delivery is not necessarily immediate.

Any delivery timeframe displayed before purchase applies to your order. If none is stated, we will supply the content without undue delay after successful payment, subject to any applicable withdrawal-period requirements.

3. Delivery charges

We do not charge shipping or digital delivery fees. Your internet provider or payment provider may apply its own charges.

4. File format and access

The Lean is Law Guide is supplied in English as a Word document (.docx), unless the product description states otherwise.

You need an internet connection and an application capable of opening .docx files. Formatting may vary between applications.

Download and save a personal copy for future use. Permanent hosting of download links is not promised, without affecting our legal obligations.

5. Missing emails or download problems

If your download email has not arrived, check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

For an incorrect email address, broken link, corrupted file or delayed delivery, contact chadmarket@proton.me with your order number and purchase email address.

We will investigate and provide a working link, corrected file or another appropriate remedy without additional charge. Your statutory rights concerning non-delivery or defective digital content remain unaffected.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. This delivery policy does not remove any applicable withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights.
